Secretly magical healers: let's talk REAL for a moment as to why searching logically for your "niche" isn't as important as you DISCOVERING, HEALING and BECOMING your own remedy for others.
There are so many secretly magical women out there, who are making the same mistakes I did and trying to fit their magical, healing businesses into a linear box. And the problem with that is, that magic doesn't fit into a nice neat package. Instantly, you're cramming all the magical Feminine Mystery of your magical Witchy power into something mundane and palatable - and wondering why it hasn't been "successful" (I know, because I've been there).
If you're here to be a Witchy healer (a magical one), dosing anything even *remotely* magical - from Energy work, to Mediumship, to Homeopathy, to Aromatherapy, to being a Birth Keeper - or even if you're here to create your own healing model - you are here to harness magical technology and energetic medicine. And I'm sorry to say it, beauties, but coming at that to try and fit it into a wholly Masculine, logical, linear structure of looking at the external is just not going to help. (That said - just to be clear - I deeply appreciate Masculine holding in business, too - it absolutely has its place - you should see the systems that hold me and my team and allow us to flow!)
This common misunderstanding often has Magical Ones solely focus on creating their businesses from a logical, linear place - trying to logically find their "niche" and figure it all out. Please, don't get me wrong, I have a wealth of business knowledge underlying and woven through my path - including an MBA and a 'past life' of Brand Management - and there's always a place for that (to reject it entirely would be shadowy).
AND the one thing that magical healing ones miss - and that's that their business is just as unique as they are: their business is their soul.
If this is you, its likely you've felt you've not fitted into society because of your deep sensitivity, your other worldliness - aka your Phosphoric *Witchiness* (in fact, let's be honest, that's an understatement - you've likely felt the deep fear of being chased out the village with pitchforks and killed!). You've shamed yourself for your magic, fearing being outcast instead of owning it as a gift. You've spent a lifetime trying to fit into the mundane world and be logical about things.
So here's the thing: this underlying fear is *UNCONSCIOUSLY INFILTRATING* your magical healing business, too. And even if you've focused on finding a "niche" you've likely approached it from the logical "trying to fit in" stance which has DILUTED your magic and left you not speaking to your niche at all. Instead, you're serving anyone who will have you - or, worse, no one at all. And all you want to do is help people.
And the real shame is, magical healers are not here to "fit in." They are not here to be logical. They are not here to have their magic lie dormant and their healing gifts be diluted. They are not here to be Secret Witches who hide their Feminine power.
If that's you, you are here to BE your unique, unapologetically magical remedy in the world. And as you are BEING that - fully expressed as your truth and gold - you'll naturally dose it into the world in a way that it can't be ignored because it creates an activating healing response.
Here's the hard truth though: that requires a journey of 'BECOMING' a healer - which is a whole lot harder than the logical and linear methods of growing a business.
It is a journey that will require you not to float around distracting yourself with thinking about who might be most inspired by your message and how to launch it into the world, but to go right into the depths of your deepest, darkest wounds to discover and heal the deepest cut around that your soul came here to live out - and to alchemise that into gold , so that you can become your own remedy for yourself - and then become it for others.
It requires a death and rebirth of yourself - a letting go of your old ways of being (I saw some beautiful ravens yesterday which reminded me of this)
It requires hard truth - a facing of your deepest, darkest wounds
It requires the taking of responsibility for your healing power - instead of giving away your power to looking for quick fixes (for your own healing and your business)
It requires serious devotion to living a magical life, from soul - and working through all the fears that are in the way of that (if it were easy, everyone would do it)
It requires a full and deep honouring of the Magical One you really are - and your unique gifts (the magical ones you've likely shamed)
It requires you to heal YOURSELF first - both of the Witch Wound, and that one deep cut that has always haunted you
And the truth is, for most magical ones, that'll be too much of a difficult ride - and a life of ease, safety and approval will be chosen in preference (mostly unconsciously to be honest - though very much innocently). They will choose a life that costs them their soul's gifts, in favour of gaining security (largely not realising this is what they are doing).
Just like other typical 'mundane' quick fixes (allopathic modern medicine being a great example, distraction being another), the easy logical, linear method of discovering their niche will win, for most people - which will have them continue focusing on serving their tools and techniques to be palatable to the mundane world, and diluting their magic until they've become a disenchanted healer deep in failure wounds (I've been there, done that, got the t-shirt). You'll go round and round training in all the healing methods and the business trainings, feeling that one day, one of them will be "acceptable // the one others want // the one that 'works'."
For those deeply passionate women, though - the rare, brilliant ones, who DO have a burning fiery Phosphoric Fire in their bellies to be fully who they are and BECOME their unique remedy in the world - the ones willing to do the deep, personal work of soul, along the way? For those who feel the truth of the fact that as healers we have to firstly heal our souls, personally. Well, they are the rare few who will do the deep work to become who their soul came here to be:
The FULL, magical expression of their soul. Their Phosphoric Witch: who they were born to be.

That's how to truly discover your "niche". You BECOME the shining example of healing your souls wounds, so that others can FEEL your remedy being dosed energetically into the world by your being.
