Healing The Leader Wound

Healing The Leader Wound

“People are silently begging to be led.”

🧙‍♀️👑HEALING THE LEADER WOUND 👑🧙‍♀️

"People are silently begging to be led." Jay Abraham

I was reminded of this quote the other day and it made me laugh as my experience has not always been that of wanting to be led. And neither is this true of my women at times, when they are in their Leader Wound.

Honestly, I have been led into being guided kicking, crying and screaming at times - my Guide could tell you some stories

🔥 And so, one of the most powerful lessons I've learned about leadership is to only lead those who are OPEN and RECEPTIVE to my leadership and being led.

Which means that women have to choose into being led.

I illuminate this because sometimes there is a pattern of CLOSURE to leadership which can sometimes be a big BLOCK for my women - and it's usually experienced because they are here to be leaders themselves and have the "Leader Wound."

This is an unconscious shadow pattern that has them swing between feeling 'powerless' and being a 'tyrant' who won't submit to anything.

How this can manifest is that they will come to me feeling:

🖤 Resistant to being led

🖤 Resentful of the patriarchy

🖤 Angry about other people (partner, husband) calling the shots

🖤 That they constantly push potential partners away

🖤 Resentful or fearful of systems and structures

🖤 Triggered by the idea of being coached, guide - "I can do it myself".

Sometimes - though I'd say this is rare these days - they will completely reject being led at all and rebel and kick off against everything their soul has chosen into by having me as a Guide - even when they have chosen that consciously.

You could say I've been 'cancelled' by this particular shadow, time and time again 🔥

And that's so welcome. It's a pattern I love my women deeply in - because they are reflecting a younger version of me who was in a tussle with her own inner leader and her capacity to submit to soul. A fiery woman who I've come to love deeply. 🌹

Really - this is just symptomatic of a powerful woman who is rebelling against her own Feminine power. It is the shadow side of women here to own their power.

❌ And as much as it is welcome, it's also become a pattern that I'm not available for. Which takes deep courage and vulnerability for me to declare.

By that, I mean, if you come into my field and this pattern shows up, I will still absolutely LOVE you deeply in it.

AND it's ALSO a pattern that I will ILLUMINATE to women, where aligned and where there is some openness and agreement for that (eg those in my containers), because:

💣 TRUTHBOMB: Rebelling against leadership is not a serving pattern for women who want to expand and become true, heart-led, Feminine leaders themselves (this pattern of Tyrant is very masculine-feeling, and really is you rebelling against your Feminine soul).

AND

💣 TRUTHBOMB: Trying to share our wisdom with those who are in an energetic closure is a leak of our power.

❌ If there's no prior agreement for that reflection, I have a devotion to NOT sharing my wisdom with women who are in energetic closure until they choose to come back to love and their true courageous and vulnerable power.

And that might sound fierce, but it's what's most serving.

The vulnerable piece is that it's ALWAYS a challenge for me because there's a deep, young part of me that REALLY longs to rescue people from their closures and wants to do the work for them. Yet I've come to know that's truly not helpful or serving to their power.

The most serving thing, when a woman is in her Leadership (power) wounding, is to love them there and hold space for them to see truth.

That, I will always do (where aligned).

Trying to convince or rescue someone? NO.

We have to CHOOSE to soften and open, for ourselves.  I can't choose that for you. I can only invite you into my loving guidance.

Leaders need to learn to submit and be led, to fully alchemise their power.

And that's where the true healing lies. 🌹

Truth is, if we aren't willing to BE LED ourselves, and submit to other great leaders, it's unlikely that women will agree to be led and guided by us.

Which is a waste of wisdom and gifts.

Afterall, people ARE silently begging to be led by those who are just slightly ahead of them on the path and can hold a torch to show them the way.

That's what happens when we are living from service.

That's what happens when we honour the sacred gift our leadership is.

And we can ALL benefit from loving guidance down a path we've not ventured before. It's why I have chosen and continue to choose to submit to multiple guides myself - and where the most transformation has been created.

So I honour that gift and treat my leadership like the sacred art it is. The sacred art I've been initiated into - kicking and screaming at times. The sacred art I'm still learning to serve, but I'm submitted to embodying.

So, how good are you at being led? 👑
