She is an Energetic Alchemist, also certified in Wellness Counseling, through Cornell University. Her work facilitates new levels of self-connection and reveals the dynamics of mind, body and energy. In this episode we explore all things ‘energetic alchemy’. We dived into Yolanda’s uniquely deep perspective of Reiki, investigating how it can be a powerful portal of ‘inner work’ and self-awakening that offers healing of the mind, body spirit - rather than something ‘external’ as it is often seen. There’s an importance in ascending into a spiritual path to see what’s ‘the same’ - *and* also surrendering to being the physical ‘vessel’ that collects the rain - aka descending into the body and embracing our uniqueness. All energetic alchemy tools are bringing us ‘home’ to both of these things.
